Mortgage Secondary Marketing Operations Manager - Birmingham, AL

Under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Secondary Marketing, this position will assist in the daily operation of secondary marketing, including managing the department personnel, monitoring the pipeline to minimize the bank’s risk exposure and coordinating with other departments to make recommendations to enhance the profitability of the entire mortgage operation. In addition, this position will manage lock desk personnel, rate sheet preparation and distribution, record all loan sale transactions with accounting including best efforts, whole loan and securities sales transactions, prepare reports for upper management, and monitor settled trades with dealers and investors on a specified deadline. Treasury Management Operations Manager - Birmingham, AL

Computer Operations Coordinator
