So, let's get started!We've listed the necessary forms below to switch your current checking account services. You can print and fill them out on your own or bring them to a nearby Superior Bank location when you open your new checking account. We'll be happy to assist you with completing and mailing the forms and you can print as many as you need.
An Account Organizer is provided so you can list the accounts and services you plan to switch. You may choose to print an additional Account Organizer to switch your current Bill Pay.
Finally, you should close your old account. Check your old direct deposits and automatic payments to make sure they are being made on your new Superior account. Then mail the Account Closing Request Form to your old bank.
